Transcript Request

Use the resources below to order your official and unofficial transcripts. If you do not have your LancerPoint login information, you will need to follow the process for "Former Students."

Official Transcripts

You can order your official transcripts through LancerPoint following the steps below:

  1. Login to your LancerPoint account.
  2. Go to the Transcripts and Records card.
  3. Click on Order Official Transcripts & GE Certification.
  4. Click on Transcript Order form.
  5. You will be transferred to the Parchment website, follow the steps listed there. 

Unofficial Transcripts

You can print a copy of your unofficial transcripts through LancerPoint following the steps below:

  1. Login to your LancerPoint account.
  2. Go to the Transcripts and Records card.
  3. Click on View My Unofficial Transcript and follow the steps to print a copy. There is no fee for an unofficial transcript.

Did you recently attend PCC?

As a former PCC student, you will still have access to your LancerPoint Account for a minimum of two semesters after you last attended PCC. If you still have your LancerPoint Account information, you should follow the transcript request process for current students. If you do not, follow the steps below. 

Official Transcripts

If you do not have a LancerPoint account, you can order your transcripts through our online system . You will be transferred to the Parchment website to order your transcripts. 

Unofficial Transcripts

If you are a former students without a LancerPoint account, you will not be able to print your unofficial transcripts. Instead, you should order a copy of your official transcripts through our online system .

Transcript Terms

Before ordering a copy of your transcripts, please review the following processes:

  • The cost for an official transcript is $5 per copy.
  • Your transcripts will be mailed as a hard copy or sent electronically (if available) after you have placed an order.
  • We cannot hold transcripts for any changes or additions (i.e. hold for final grades, grade changes, degrees posted, etc.). You must wait until all changes are finalized before you order your transcript.
  • All transcript orders must be placed online.
  • If you attended Pasadena City College before 1983, your records are offline which will require additional processing time.
